Cancellation - Late Policy

Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

Late Arrivals
To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Charges for Time Reserved
For a missed appointment(s) by arriving too late, by missing them completely, or canceling with less then 24 hours notice, there is a 50% charge of the booked value of your scheduled services. This charge will be added to your next appointment.
